Who am I? I am a child, a mother, a wife, a sister, a niece but most importantly, I am a child of God. He is my everything! I've been married to my best friend John (usually known as hubby, babe, hon, and occasionally Johnny) for almost 18 years. He has been my rock through many ups and downs, too many to count. My boys Anthony (15) and Nicholas (13) are my world. There is nothing quite like a mother's love for her children. It is unconditional and grows more every day. I am pretty much an open book. I say what I mean and I mean what I say. I lean Conservative in politics but understand the importance of keeping an open mind. I am always up for a good debate, just keep it friendly. I believe wholeheartedly in the Constitution and what it represents. Keep government small and out of my business and we will be just fine!
Although I have been living with Dysautonomia for over 16 years, it was finally diagnosed almost a year ago. It has taken away my independence, ability to work, and limits most if not all my activities. It has no cure, so I am learning to live with it. It is not easy, but with God, all things are possible. Take a moment to look it up, there are links on my blog!
I was born and bred in Jersey but definitely not a "Jersey Girl." My goal is to move down south and hopefully one day, me and my Mr will be relaxing on rocking chairs as we look out at the Smoky Mountains from our log cabin.
This blog is about my thoughts and feelings as I deal with the world around me. It may not always be unicorn and rainbows but it will be real. I hope you have as much fun reading it, as I do living it!
